Seed Swap & Giveaway

Join us for Nine Square Feet's 9th annual Seed Swap & Giveaway! This is the second year that Indianola has been included in this huge, multi-location gardening event.

Starting at 12:30pm, each adult attendee can choose up to 5 free packets of seed and children (12 and under) can pick 2 free packets of their very own.

Des Moines area gardeners will find us at these area libraries:
1) West Des Moines Public Library, 4000 Mills Civic Pkwy, WDM
2) Des Moines Central Library, 1000 Grand Ave, Des Moines
3) Indianola Public Library, 207 N B St, Indianola

Other locations are at libraries in Albion, Aurora, Burlington, Carroll, Clinton, Dubuque, Eldridge, Fairbank, Glidden, Gowrie, Greenfield, Grinnell, Griswold, Hiawatha, Iowa Falls, Jesup, Keokuk, Lamoni, Lenox, Lisbon, Manning, Mason City, Nevada, Orange City, Osceola, Pella, Readlyn, State Center, Stuart, Swisher, Wapello, Waverly, and Webster City.

Nine Square feet is providing an awesome collection of seed varieties - vegetables and herbs, flowers, and native prairie species. They've also recruited some knowledgeable local folks to help you find just the right varieties for your garden!
